Prior to joining the office, she managed a fast-paced physician’s office for over 10 years.
In addition to managing the office, Stacy plays a vital role in our property tax protest services. Stacy is a licensed real estate agent and property tax consultant in the state of Texas, and her real estate background provides her with the required knowledge and insight to assist in property tax case research and preparation.

Marisela Martinez joined the Law Office of Tiffany L. Hamil PLLC in 2016. Although originally hired to assist part-time with property tax matters, she quickly impressed her colleagues and became the “Jill” of all trades in our office.
Marisela is fluent in Spanish and is involved with assisting the Hispanic community with their immigration needs. Specifically, she helps individuals who are seeking solutions for obtaining lawful status or citizenship in the United States. She also provides immense administrative support to all the other areas of laws practiced within the firm from case preparation to organization and scheduling.
When she is not at the office, you will often find her stuck in traffic on the Dallas North Toll way thinking about the motherly-chores that await. Like most mothers juggling home and work life, her life is peace when she sees the faces of her daughter and husband. During the holidays, she enjoys spending her time with family and soaking in a slower paced life in Mexico.
If we take on your case and don’t get a reduction of at least 2.5% then we will represent you the next year at no cost.
